Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Party Committee of the Bureau to lead, organize and ensure the implementation of the responsibility system for the construction of the Party conduct and clean government;

2. Understand and master the compliance of police officers of party members with laws and regulations, and regularly educate police officers of party members on party spirit, conduct and disciplines, laws, regulations, government disciplines and police disciplines;

3. Accept and handle prosecutions and accusations from the masses against police officers who are party members, and examine and deal with cases in which police officers of party members violate the party disciplines, government and police disciplines;

4. Accept appeals from police officers who are party members dissatisfied with decisions of punishment regarding the party disciplines, government and police disciplines.
