On the afternoon of March 14th, the Municipal Bureau held a study session of Central Theoretical Study Group of the Party Committee on the study to convey and learn the spirit of the NPC and CPPCC annual sessions, General Secretary Xi Jinping's recently important speech, instructions and reply. Xiang Min, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau was entrusted by Wang Shunda, deputy mayor, director and secretary of the CPC Committee of the City Police Department to preside over the meeting and make a speech. Other members of the leadership team of the Municipal Bureau Party Committee attended the meeting.
